The Screen
The Screen, it is the window in our modern digital world. We are constantly immersing in continuous images that may cause a disconnection with the physical world. The artist tries to relate the fast pace images to her memory of her childhood companion, the paper dolls.

In the process of making, playing and transforming the paper dolls, it gives the artist the joy of creation and endless discovery. In our instant culture of capturing images, we habitually update and materialize “ourselves” to inform the world where we are, what we do, who we are with and how we feel.

While the paper dolls allow us to appreciate the process of designing and creating; we would be more aware of ourselves and the surroundings as oppose to the fast pace images.
